    Spinach Tarts

    The following recipe is the modern equivalent to a documented period recipe for Spinach Tarts.

    10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach or broccoli, uncooked
    1 env. Knorr's leek soup mix
    4 tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    Dash of pepper
    2 pkgs. Pepperidge Farm pastry tart shells

    Divide
    each tart into fourths. Flatten with hand and line tiny pastry pan. Mix
    all other ingredients and fill tart with 1 teaspoon, but no over top of
    tart. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 48 - can freeze
